Recall that nwamadm commands are asynchronous. I think what's happening here
is that the actions in nwamd for each "enable" has not completed before the
"nwamadm list" command is run. When I enable (or switch) NCPs and then give
the machine some time to work through the action, "nwamadm list" outputs the
correct states (i.e., Automatic location is active). (I tried with both 5/4
and 5/6 builds)
When running the commands separated by ';', then I do see the behavior similar
to what you give (i.e., NoNet location active or all locations offline or all
NCUs initialized, etc)
Please try again, this time giving nwamd a bit more time to accomplish its
tasks. If the problem still exists, also include the nwamd debug logs.
