NWAM Debug messages

After a reboot, I noticed that the User NCP was enabled, so I went to enable
the Automatic NCP, and then nwam started to chew the CPU.

I couldn't see any meaningful messages output to /var/adm/messages but I'm
attaching the nwamd debug log.
