I notice that the test verifies that an address is assigned in the successful
case - is this a static IP NCU? I fixed a bug (available in nightly.2009-07-01)
that resulted in static-only IP NCUs sometimes not going online. It was an
intermittent failure too. If you could retest with that (and capture some debug
logs if things are still going wrong) that would be great - alternately if the
test is easy to run, I can run it here on latest bits to try and reproduce it.
