1. launch nwam-manager-properties -n
2. select Add, rename new unamed VPN to e.g. vpn2.
3. select manage VPN using an SMF service
- enter svc:/network/login:rlogin in Service FMRI text box.
- select Start.

vp2 status changes to 'Running'

- online         13:27:18 svc:/network/login:rlogin
- enm          vpn2           online         active

Note the Stop button is greyed out. It hsould be active.
The start button is enabled, it should be greyed out.

4. close the VPN applications dialog, relaunch nwam-manager-properties -n
5. select vpn2, note the stop button is now active and the start button is
greyed out
