"nwamadm should have ability to trigger a rescan"

...a number of changes in nwamadm subcommands have
been made.

"nwamadm interact [-v]" has been renamed
"nwamadm show-events" and no longer prompts the user
for interaction in making WiFi selections or setting keys.

Instead the user can request to make a WiFi selection
at any time through the "nwamadm select-wifi linkname"
command. This subcommand will prompt for a WiFi selection,
a key and keyslot (if required).

In addition, a rescan can be triggered via
"nwamadm scan-wifi linkname". Note that a rescan
may not trigger a scan event if the last scan data
is identical to the current scan results, but nwamd
will do the scan regardless.

These changes will appear in nwamadm from the nightly
build dated today (not completed yet) and onward.
