I've noticed that when I do  punchctl stop using the Phase 1 enabled packages,
I'm seeing that the punchin location is disabled (OBJECT_ACTION), but them I'm
seeing STATE events that say it's brought back online in the transition to
offline - this would seem to be incorrect and is confusing.

Below are the events that I see:


OBJECT_ACTION            LOC punchin -> action refresh                          
OBJECT_ACTION            LOC punchin -> action disable                          
OBJECT_STATE             LOC punchin -> state offline*, method or service
enable 
OBJECT_STATE             LOC punchin -> state online*, disabled by
administrator 
OBJECT_STATE             LOC punchin -> state online, active                    
OBJECT_STATE             LOC punchin -> state disabled, disabled by
administrato 
OBJECT_STATE             LOC Automatic -> state offline*, method or service
enab 
OBJECT_STATE             LOC punchin -> state offline, conditions for
activation 
OBJECT_STATE             LOC Automatic -> state online, active
