I had a look at the code, and this is actually a problem in the way the GUI is
calling the nwam_loc_clone function, we were calling the clone function with
the same name as the existing Location, and then renaming it using set_name.
It's probably a bug in the API that this worked like this, but for the case in
question it's a GUI bug, and I've got a fix ready to commit.
