Rebooted the system so that it came back up with
bash-3.2# svcs -a | grep network/physical
disabled 15:25:07 svc:/network/physical:nwam
online 15:25:11 svc:/network/physical:default

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

After reboot:-

using gnome netstatus applet properties, successfully switched to nwam
enabled (automatic)
disabled 15:27:09 svc:/network/physical:default
online 15:27:09 svc:/network/physical:nwam

repeated testcase1 from above -
using gnome netstatus applet properties, successfully switched to manual
disabled 15:29:36 svc:/network/physical:nwam
online 15:29:37 svc:/network/physical:default

i.e. was not able to recreate bug where both services were put into
maintenance.
Has anyone else seen similar issues, is there a bug logged ?.

Thanks
Bob
