1. launch nwam-manager-properties.
2. select network profile, select active profile 'User', select ok.
- verify 'User' profile is active (nwamadm list -x)
- verify interface e.g. bge0 is up on dhcp (ifconfig -a)
- dhcp address is 129.156.226.201.
3. configure manual ip address
   - launch nwam-manager-properties
4. select show, User, wired (bge0)
5. from current ipv4 setting dropdown list select
'Manually assigned'
- enter ip address e.g. 129.156.226.83, subnet mask 255.255.255.0.
select Ok.
(need to restart nwam service to activate the new settings, see 10292)
svcadm restart nwam.

testcase:-
1. launch nwam-manager-properties
2. select current ipv4 setting multiple addresses.
3. select add
result
- two entries showing address 129.156.226.83 are now in the table
- the second entry in the table can be edited - but the results are not saved -
(also see 10296).
4. In the first entry in the table change the address to e.g. 129.156.226.220
select ok - (relaunch nwam-manager-properties to ensure the changes are saved)
5. ifconfig -a still shows only bge0 interface active, execute (see 10292)
svcadm restart nwam to activate the changes made in step 4.

bge0 - 129.156.226.83
bge0:1 - 129.156.226.220

bge0:1 - 129.156.226.220
bge0:2 - 129.156.226.220

on reboot system shows-
bge0 - 129.156.226.196 (system has reverted to using DHCP address for bge0)
bge0:1 - 129.156.226.220
bge0:2 - 129.156.226.220
bge0:3 - 129.156.226.220
