1. launch nwam-manager-properties.
2. select network profile, select active profile 'User', select ok.
- verify 'User' profile is active (nwamadm list -x)
- verify interface e.g. bge0 is up on dhcp - address is 129.156.226.193
3. select wired bge0 interface
in ipv4 setting dropdown menu, select manually assigned
enter valid ip address e.g. 129.156.226.220
4. in ipv4 setting select dhcp assigned.
the address for dhcp is now incorrectly displayed as 129.156.226.220
select refresh
the address for dhcp is now correctly displayed as 129.156.226.193
