But it did go up and down at times, specifically I had turned off the AP around 9.35 to 9.45 (very approx), but there was another AP with the same name in range, but very weak signal. The one that was turned off/on was bssid 0:16:a6:10:1d:18. The other, with the weak signal is 0:16:a6:10:1c:26.
