If you are attempting to enable/disable/list an ncu you don't provide the
<profile-name> instead you provide the ncu name. I'd suggest changing
profile-name to just name or if that isn't sufficient object-name.

help
enable [-p <profile-type>] [-t <ncu-type>] <profile-name>
disable [-p <profile-type>] [-t <ncu-type>] <profile-name>
