NWAM West: 9AM Menlo Park/12PM Burlington/5PM Dublin

1. Phase 0.5/picea status
* Code review for ON bits: please take a look and get comments to Jim
by Wednesday, 9/17.
* Some minor updates needed to nwamd man page, as mentioned in Jim's
mail to nwam-discuss; plus reference to nwam-manager man page needed.
Jim to file man page CR.
* Docs: nwam will be documented in sys admin guide; Steff does not yet
have schedule for that.
2. Phase 1 status
* Test dev is currently the long pole on the schedule; staffing changes
and (lack of) engineering resources is pushing that out more. Need to
work out how/where we can add help.
* Anurag: working on libinetcfg (IN1 and IN2 tasks); about 50% complete.
* Alan: Plans to push hotplug events and event framework (ND1b and ND2)
tomorrow.
* Michael: working on data representation and event passing (ND3 and ND4);
currently about 10 days behind schedule.
* Renee: working on 20questions (DC3, 80%) and man pages (DC4, 60%); target
finishing by 9/17. Behind on non-phys link sysevents (ND1a).
3. West meeting time
Since we've added several team members on east coast, we'll shift the West
meeting time from 9AM pacific to 8:30AM, starting next Thursday, 9/18.
NWAM East: No meeting this week.
