During SST testing of OpenSolaris 2008.11 rc1b we've found that under some
circumstances NWAM applet prints misleading instructions.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Install and boot OS; log in.
2. Left-click on network monitor applet. Connection properties dialog will
appear
3. Uncheck `configure network automatically' checkbox
4. Look at NWAM applet
Actual results:
Balloon with following message appears:

Automatic network configuration daemon is unavailable
For further information please run "svcs -xv nwam" in a terminal
---
Expected result:
Message like `Automatic network configuration daemon was disabled due to user's
request'
Additional comments:
NWAM applet can be informed via D-BUS instead of silent killing NWAM.
