During SST testing of OpenSolaris 2008.11 rc1b we've found that NWAM doesn't
allow user to join wireless network which doesn't broadcast its SSID.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install and boot OS, log in
2. Enable wireless, unplug network cable (if necessary). NWAM switch to
wireless networking.
3. Right-click on NWAM applet. Due to absence of SSID broadcast, networks are
not appeared in NWAM applet context menu
4. Click `Join Unlisted Wireless Network'. `Add wireless network' dialog
appears.
5. Fill in SSID.

Actual result:
Password field remains grayed and one can't fill in appropriate `password',
i.e. WEP key or WPA/PSK pre-shared secret. After clicking `OK', NWAM applet
shows balloon with obscure message `Disconected from wireless network. Reason:
Different AP selected'

Expected result:
User should be able to enter `password', NWAM should connect computer to
wireless network with SSID broadcast disabled.
