1. Phase 0 work
a. picea
Continues to move forward. Need to consult with Darren and Lin about
whether or not a demo could be ready on Aug. 6; is definitely feasible
from daemon side.
2. Phase 1 implementation status
* Anurag working on grammar changes for nwamcfg; he and Renee to meet with
jbeck (who originally wrote the grammar) tomorrow to go over some details.
* Alan's work on extensible properties continues; also working on some
library fixes based on feedback from Anurag. Will get the latter out for
review first, should have webrev ready soon.
* Renee working on one-pager and a new (phase 0) bug that affects dns
configuration (CR 6727748).
3. Phase 1 general status
Schedule is coming together, though still waiting for input from test team
(will discuss with them in NWAM East meeting). Also need to talk with
Darren about his requirements to begin work on GUI; need to figure out how
some gui work can happen in parallel with completion of libnwam and daemon.
Also need to take into account time for Steff to write/review on-line help;
that can't happen until she has a GUI to work with, and must be integrated
in sync with the on and desktop integrations. Other docs (Getting Started
book, primarily) can happen after on and desktop integrations.
NWAM East: 6PM Menlo Park/9AM Beijing
Reviewed notes from earlier meeting; see above.
John sent schedule info to Karen earlier today; she will be incorporating
that into the master schedule tomorrow.
Jia Ni and Alex are still primarily focused on bug fixing. As we get schedule
in place, will need to figure out how to allocate more cycles to nwam project.
