NWAM West: 9AM Menlo Park/12PM Burlington/5PM Dublin

1. Phase 0: picea
   * No go on the 8/6 demo, that's just too soon. Things are on track
     for the original schedule, though.
   * Jim, Lin, and Darren continue to hash out interface details; design
update should be out next week.
   * PSARC materials are in progress, targeting 8/13 for inception.

2. Phase 1 implementation status
   * Anurag and Renee met with jbeck last week, worked out some nwamcfg
grammar details; Anurag is nearly done implementing those changes.
Renee needs to update the on-line docs to reflect those.
   * Alan has pushed some libnwam updates based on Anurag's feedback. LN4
(extensible properties) work is close, should have ready for review
middle of next week. Has also written a good chunk of code to test
the library; he'll pass on pointers to this to the test guys. Finally,
he has a blog entry (blogs.sun.com/amaguire) on mercurial-based
development that might be useful as we make the transition.
   * Renee working on one-pager, should be done this week, and 20 questions
doc for PSARC. Also wrapping up work on CR 6727748.

3. Phase 1 general status
Karen is getting close to having all the data in place for the master
schedule. Has a few questions for the test folks that we'll discuss
in the NWAM East meeting later today.

4. Docs
Steff has helped review a section on NWAM for the Back-to-School release.
Can start looking at what's needed for nwam 0.5/2008.11 release once she
has a spec from Darren, which he'll get to her.

NWAM East: 6PM Menlo Park/9AM Beijing

Reviewed notes from earlier meeting; see above.

Test tasks for phase 1: Alex and Jia Ni will "officially" start in on those
next Monday. Will post questions on nwam-discuss as clarifications are needed.
