NWAM West: 8:30AM MPK/11:30AM BUR/4:30PM DUB

1. Phase 1 status
- Schedule reports as of 12/3 are posted.
- Key dependency for test dev right now is ND6. Michael is getting
close on that; also, test assertion work can likely move forward
with more spec details of what Michael's implementing. Will look
at that during Alan, Anurag, Michael and Renee's meeting tomorrow.
- Travel to MPK in February: need to be confident that all dev work
will be complete then in order to make that time most productive;
and we need to book travel soon. Need to identify long pole and
determine when it will be complete; will need input from test dev
engineers in NWAM East meeting.
2. 2008.11 Bugs
- Incoming rate significantly slowed. Alan working on triage.

- Jim pushed a bunch of fixes last night, will be in 105; Darren
has some additional GUI fixes that will follow next week, and
will be in 106. Anurag's fix also coming soon.
3. Docs
- Steff looking at split between JDS help and sys admin guides;
the latter will be more focused on concepts, while the former
will help with tasks.

Alex: has run into some issues that are blocking his work; please
let the team know that this is happening so we can help.
Lizhong: working on other projects, but still targets 1/9 date for
CLI2-4.
John: has also been pulled off on other things, sent some notes to
Karen about changes to his schedule, need to review.
