$ uname -v
nwam1-build:2008-12-09
$ nwamcfg -f
nwamcfg> requires an operand
nwamcfg> 

basically, when user try to run "nwamcfg -f" without a argument to point to a
file, I think nwamcfg need return with an output such as "need a valid file
name"
Howerver, now the nwamcfg output a "requires an operand" and go into active
mode.
