Summary: On boot, netcfgd doesn't read configuration
    Classification: Development
           Product: nwam
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Solaris
            Status: NEW
          Severity: major
          Priority: P2
         Component: ON daemon
        AssignedTo: nwam-dev at opensolaris.org
        ReportedBy: dkenny at opensolaris.org
         QAContact: nwam-dev at opensolaris.org

Using the BFU from 2008-12-16 (and 2008-12-09), I notice that when I run:

  nwamcfg list

it doesn't list any NCPs, despite the file /etc/nwam/ncp-user.conf existing.

If I do a svcadm restart netcfg (refresh doesn't appear to have any effect)
then I will see the "user" NCP listed.

There doesn't appear to be any errors in the SMF log for the service.

This really should be fixed if things are to work correctly on boot.
