This bug's been around a while, and a lot has changed. We also have a couple
newer bugs
that I believe address at least some of the issues described here (9341
addresses the unstable
wireless connection, 9043 might address the scan list issues). I'm going to
close this one out,
if any of these issues linger which are not addressed by other bugs, please
open new bugs as
needed.
