After an upgrade, there was 1 secure object with the name format: nwam-ESSID-BSSID and when I was prompted for the key, it was for a different BSSID, this resulted in a new (but same value) key with the name nwam-ESSID-BSSID, with the new BSSID, rather than the expected nwam-ESSID format. Things didn't seem to be resolved until eventually (I'm not sure why it did it this time) a new key was created with the name nwam-ESSID.
