quick initial scan: the dhcpagent IPC request in start_dhcp_thread() is failing
here with DHCP_IPC_E_UNKIF (this is the source of the "start_dhcp: interface is
not under DHCP control" message). This will happen if the user touches the
interface or it becomes unplumbed. I'm assuming this is the automatic NCP (or
if it's the user NCP the NCU in question is purely DHCP)? Just want to rule out
any static address/DHCP config interactions. Thanks!
