I've tracked this down to an issue with the switch over to using GtkBuilder
rather than libglade. It would appear that GtkBuilder expects the names of the
buttons to be unique - as such ok_btn didn't seem to get linked to the response
signal, so while the code was there, the response callback never got called.
I've renamed the buttons to be unique and it's working again now.
