1. Phase 1 status
* C-team status:
- Checklist approved for inception
- Need okay on test plan from our test sponsor.
* Still targeting design review 1/26.
* Development (ON, GUI, test) progressing.
* Loss of GUI QE engineer will affect us, impact not clear yet.
NWAM East: 5:00PM MPK/9:00AM BJS

1. Phase 1 status
* C-team status:
- John will work on test plan tomorrow, shouldn't be too much
updating needed
2. Technical issues
* API testing: lower priority, as the only current API consumers
will be tested. API will not be public as of phase 1 integration.
3. Upcoming meetings
* No NWAM East meeting next week (January 29/30), as the folks in
Beijing will be on holiday.
* No NWAM East meeting the following week (February 5/6). Meetings
that week will be more ad-hoc, as most of the team will be in Menlo
Park. We'll keep the engineers in Beijing posted on less formal
meetings they can dial in to during the week.
