NWAM West: 8:30AM MPK/11:30AM BUR/4:30PM DUB
Attendees: Darren, Nita, Anurag, Alan, Karen, Renee
1. Phase 1 status
* We need a common todo list to follow up on the remaining development
tasks (the things that have come out of the integration testing we
began last week that weren't on the original schedule). Anurag put
together a list; Renee will put that on a wiki today that folks can
update as they start working on and complete items.
* Discussed wifi list priorities; Alan has implemented most of the
scheme we talked about last week (where the library updates the whole
list according to the "netflix queue model" when an individual entry's
priority is changed). For now, the api will require that entries be
updated individually. A future enhancement would be to add the ability
to provide an entire list that replaces the existing list, but we won't
do that now.
2. Doc status
* Nita is coming up to speed; working on an outline for gui help system.
* Doc world is refocusing on opensolaris; not sure what changes are in
store for existing books.
* Nita can help with release notes if needed; let her know if we come
across things that need to be included.
* Will review doc tasks in schedule.
* Renee will keep Nita posted on status of man page bugs (which have not
yet been filed).
3. C-team status
* Need to check with John about test plan review status.
4. Testing
* Query for QE engineers in East meeting: can we get info on how to run
the test suites, so we can start doing that and hopefully catch some of
the problems they're finding before test progress is blocked by them?
NWAM East: 5:00PM MPK/9:00AM BJS
Attendees: Karen, Lizhong, Alex, Eric, John, Victor, Renee
1. Reviewed notes from west meeting. Question about running tests (item 4):
Lizhong will get some of the basic CLI tests integrated next week, and
will send e-mail to the team so we can start running some of those.
Thanks, Lizhong!
2. John sent updated test plan to our test sponsor earlier today (reflecting
changes/clarifications requested by CV); will let us know when he hears
back.
