Now, the behavior is "'Legacy' loc cannot be exported", but the manpage isn't
consistent with this:
# export [ -d ] [ -f <output-file> ] [ <object-type> [ <class> ] <object-name>
]
...
The Automatic NCP and the Automatic and NoNet locations cannot be exported.
No Legacy is mentioned here.
