This test case attempts to configure static IPv4 and IPv6 addresses. The end
result is that the IPv4 static address is configured correctly, but the IPv6
static address is not assigned - instead, DHCPv6 is performed and the address
from the lease is assigned. These results are for nwam1-build:2009-08-10, and
the tests affected are "nwam event:1-2"
