While I'm sure that this was fixed at one point, it seems that now nwamd isn't
emitting any events on the addition/deletion of events.

This is the 08/17 build.

It would seem that if I do everything in the command-line, simply doing the
equivalent of a create loc and destroy loc, nwamd doesn't send any event in
respect to the new location's existence.

This means that the GUI is never updated unless restarted.

This is easy to reproduce.

Also, I've found that despite destroying a loc called testloc, I'm still
getting periodic events to say it's disabled...

Something serious is amiss.

Attached is the log of nwamd with this, and the creation/destroy of some locs
and finally I created one called new_loc, and then after a few seconds
destroyed it. 

This also showed some strange output in the log:

 door_switch: loc new_loc not found

even though it did exist...
