[nwam-dev] flag day: changes to libnwam.h

With the push of nwamadm code review comments, libnwam.h header file has 
been modified.

Most noteably,

    * NWAM_ACTION_NONE renamed to NWAM_ACTION_UNKNOWN
    * NWAM_OBJECT_TYPE_NONE renamed to NWAM_OBJECT_TYPE_UNKNOWN
    * addition of NWAM_NCU_TYPE_UNKNOWN and NWAM_NCU_CLASS_UNKNOWN
    * addition of nwam_ncu_class_to_flag() and nwam_ncu_class_to_type()
      functions
    * addition of nwam_string_to_object_type()

These changes will be included in the 08/18 build.
