Maskey <Anurag.Maskey at Sun.COM> 2009-08-19 00:56:05 UTC --- Once the IP NCUs is in maintenance state, users should manually change either the IP NCUs and give it a new address or change the IP on the other machine with the same address. In the former case, upon commit, the new configuration is re-read by nwamd and the state machine for that IP NCU restarts.
