If users have modified SMF properties that don't exist in the phase 1 manifest,
manifest-imports reports warning as in bug 10733. These properties are not
removed and should be on removed on upgrade.
Currently, the value of nwamd/dhcp_wait_property is transferred to
nwamd/ncu_wait_time property and removed.
Other properties that have to be removed are nwamd/use_net_svc and
nwamd/idle_time.
