This is with build: nwam1-build:2009-08-20
I thought this issue might have been 10736, but now its clear that it is not,
since that bug is fixed and these tests are still not working. From the test
log below, you can see that when the active location is changed to have a
default-domain that matches the condition of the enm, the enm is not activated
as expected. Another point of interest is that the location is listed as
on-line, but the domain is not set the first time it's checked, when it should
be "ddd". I don't know if this is an nwam bug, or maybe there is still some
delay, since I check as soon as the location comes on-line.
