The test environment is snv_121+JDS_Verm_122. x86 and sparc both can reproduce
this bug.
reproduce steps:
1. Login as a user.
2. Select 'Netstatus Applet' -> 'Properties' for a connected network device.
3. Select 'Configure automatically..' checkbox to untick it.
4. Select 'yes' for Manual mode and enter root password.
5. Select 'Configure' button.
expected result: Select 'Continue' button or 'Automatic' button, it should be
configure the net manually or switch to automatic mode.
actual result: The dialog disappears and no other response.
