This change must have gone in after I built the binaries - I had the latest
header at the time there - taken from the NWAM mercurial repo - and it was the
same as on my BFU.
I did explicitly state which build I did this against - if you use a later
build of NWAM then it's very possible that the API has changed incompatibly -
which seems to be what has happened here, and would require a rebuild
regardless.
The main purpose of the private headers is due to :
1) The RE build machine is unlikely to have libnwam.h until a later build.
2) The RE build machine also won't have access to the libdladm headers which
are still deemed ON private.
