I reckon that this may be fixed by the NWAM Core defect#10736 since it stopped
emitting events on add/remove of locations.
Could you please check this with the latest NWAM and NWAM UI packages.
Also, when checking could you please run nwamadm show-events in a terminal to
be sure that events are being sent at that level.
