nwam-manager-properties --debug output
or the bug description may be
'remove button active for running VPN application'?.
1. add a VPN application, either manually activated or activated according to
rules.
2. select the VON application, select Remove
the vpn application disappears from the GUI but on next relaunch it is still
visible
possibly the remove button should be greyed out for running VPN's ?
