Hi,

I met with the two writers who cover Crossbow and RBridges
today, so we could all be on the same page about what to say
in our docs re: what services to enable/disable if you want to use
these advanced networking features.

I passed along information I was given about disabling the nwam service
and enabling
/network/physical:default service if you want to use advanced features,
such as these.

One of the RBridges engineers said you DO NOT need to disable
the nwam service to use the feature, so I'm somewhat confused.

We were going to add a note similar to the following:

"...to take advantage of advanced networking features
such as network virtualization and Solaris bridging, you will need to
use traditional
network configuration procedures. Also, you will need to enable the
network/physical:default
service and disable the network/physical:nwam service.

Is this not correct?

We want to have just a note that explains what a user needs to do in the
docs/

Is it possible for a user to manually configured
their network if the nwam service is enabled.
I was thinking it wasn't??

Confusion abounds...

Thanks for any help.

Nita
