at the moment, when the DHCP activation mode is specified, we assume that only
a single DHCP address is required, and it is to be obtained on the physical
interface, e.g. bge0. In the future we may need to support multiple DHCP
requests,
and will need to represent this with a property in libnwam.
Filed under ON daemon, but extends to library too.
