After removing a couple of ncus from the User ncp nwamcfg says there is nothing
to commit eventhough it appears to have removed the ncus.
mph at nwamdemo:~# nwamcfg
nwamcfg> select ncp User
nwamcfg:ncp:User> list
NCUs:
ip e1000g0
phys e1000g0
ip iwk0
phys iwk0
nwamcfg:ncp:User> destroy ncu ip iwk0
