At present, nwamd handles object rename as a destroy and a refresh internally.
The problem is, these are enqueued as separate events and if one fails, we can
end up in an inconsistent state. This part of the daemon will need additional
work when "10142 nwamd needs to handle vanity renaming" is addressed, but we
need a better rename approach in the interim.
