The changes to maintain the dladm:netadm ownership for dladm and dlmgmtd
related files include:
* installing/fixing the files with the correct ownership/permissions in
SUNWcnetr/prototype_com and SUNWcnetr/postinstall
* addition of UID_NETADM and GID_NETADM in sys/param.h (remove unused GID_SYS),
rather than doing name-service lookups
* create /etc/svc/volatile/dladm with dladm:netadm ownership
* create temporary datalink.conf.new files with dladm:netadm ownership in
dlmgmtd
* have dlmgmtd run as dladm user, netadm group
* create temporary secobj.conf.new, flowadm.conf.new, flowprop.conf.new with
dladm:netadm ownership in libdladm
* maintaining 660 the permissions on secobj.conf.new
On sticking point that remains is in IPS image-update, the group of the "dladm"
user is not changed to netadm (65) because of pkg bug 9755.
