nwam rc2 x86 wireless
logging against GUI for initial evaluation

1. system is configured to join na Open wireless network on boot e.g. Open_1
2. system is configured to switch locations automatically
3. configure location Home
4. configure location Office
5. set location Home activation by rules, set rule to activate on bssid of
Open_1
e.g. e:23:f8:bd:58:f0
6. set location Office activation by rules, set rule to activate on wireless
network name is e.g. Open_1

This intorduces a race condition where two different locations are being
avtivated by the same network.

On reboot after login - which takes a little longer to complete svcs nwam
shows nwam to be in an offline state.
The nwam icon is producing lots of pop ups, but hte network connection is never
established correclt.
nwamd generates lots of cores

pstack of nwam attached
loc.conf attached
