"The Remove button is disabled when a system location (Automatic or No Network)
is selected, as they cannot be
deleted."
On switching to a manual location and then opening nwam-manager-properties -l
the remove button is enabled for locations Automatic, Legacy and NoNet.
However, on confirming the remove, the automatic location is not removed
"failed when destroying LOC for Automatic"
