RC4

testcase1.
i. right click on NWAM icon 
2. select a wireless network to join (WEP security)

expected result
balloon pop-up requesting user to enter WEP key

actual result 
nothing happens. 
(log files attached for this testcase)


testcase2.
right click on nwam icon, select join unlisted network
In 'Join wireless network' - network name dropdown list, select a WEP key
enabled network to join.
enter password e.g. HEX key 26 characters long
(key index is set to default 1)
select Ok

expected result
dialog closes and a successful connection is made

actual result
nothing happens, the dialog remains on the screen.
pressing ok, several times, the dialog still remains on-screen.
the cancel key closes the dialog.



the system has got the following settings in Automatic profile
1. e1000g0 wired (disconnected) interfcae in priority group 1
'then enable one or more of these connections'
2. iwk0 is in priority group 2 'else enable exactly one of these connections'

tetscase 3 (workaround)
1.launch nwam-manager-properties, select interface iwk0,
2.select wireless tab, select add  
3. In Add wireless network dialog
4. in network name dropdown list, select a WEP key enabled network to add.
5. enter password e.g. HEX key 26 characters long
(key index is set to default 1)
select Ok
select OK
as root - check /etc/dladm/secobj.conf - note the key added has not been saved.
6. relaunch nwam-manager-properties, select iwk0 interface, wireless tab
7. select edit, input the WEP key again
select ok - this time the key is saved to /etc/dladm/secobj.conf and a
successful connection is made to the wireless network.
