On upgrade to RC4, nwam created a valid User location for my system, and
correctly made that location active. However, despite nwamadm reporting its
status as online, network/location's location/selected property reported that
the active location was NoNet, and the actual configuration applied to the
system matched the NoNet config (NIS was not enabled, but ipfilter was, with
the NoNet filter rules applied).
This does not seem to be a highly reproducible problem, and there were numerous
other bad things going on when I did see it. It's only been observed on one
system. So this almost certainly not a widespread, general problem; and it
could in fact have been just another symptom of the other problems I was having
when I saw it. I'm filing this bug as a placeholder in case it comes up again.
The "major" severity is because it's a major problem if it happens! The fact
that it does not seem very, if at all, reproducible makes it low priority.
