You can ignore this if you're not dealing with nightly builds of the NWAM phase 1 project.
With the changes I just integrated as part of http://defect.opensolaris.org/bz/show_bug.cgi?id=12586 ...a new field - nwe_parent - has been added to the object state event. It specifies the NCP name associated with the NCU object state changes. The GUI will need the new versions of nwamd, libnwam.h and libnwam.so.1 to take advantage of this data. Additionally, NCP OBJECT_STATE events will be sent when an NCP is activated and it is guaranteed that after the NCP OBJECT_STATE event that no further OBJECT_STATE events will occur for the NCUs of the old NCP.
