Hi, I made some updates the the nwam docs, input the editor's changes to Ch. 1 and 2 and reposted. It still needs tweaking, but it's shaping up.

Also, note that there is some content that is not complete, mostly tasks. I need the team's input on these missing pieces. Maybe at tomorrow's meeting, we can make a plan for how to split up the review responsibilities and come up with a deadline? The content is a little less than 110 pages, excluding the GUI chapter. So that's about 25 or so pages for each team member. Note: The PDF includes the GUI chapter, but Calum already reviewed it.
