This bug is against nwam phase 0.5; bugs against that *released* project belong
in opensolaris/networking. The nwam product under the development
classification is for bugs against the not-yet-released nwam phase 1.
That said, the behavior described here is as expected, and will not be changed
(in phase 0/0.5). It is documented on the nwam project page at
http://hub.opensolaris.org/bin/view/Project+nwam/llp
So I'm also closing this out.
