Correct.  Being really nit-picky, I would suggest that the quote from the spec
read:

"Enabled: when this option is selected, the network interface attempts to
obtain IPv6 address(es) via DHCP and/or Autoconfiguration."

Agreed.  Though to continue with my nit-picky-ness, I would suggest this
wording:

Static Addresses: When checked, in addition to the IPv6 address(es) that may be
assigned automatically by DHCP and/or Autoconfiguration, you can specify a
default route and one or more IPv6 addresses...
